Historically, many ethnic groups have faced various consequences of racism, including the slave trade, genocide, racial segregation, and socio-economic inequalities. Education and job opportunities are also affected by race-based discrimination. As a result, there is a difference in income levels among Whites and people of color. Furthermore, access to healthcare is another crucial aspect that impacts a person’s well-being and quality of life.
