One of the primary approaches this type of medicine uses is scalp acupuncture. In Ayurveda, herbs, including brahmyadiyoga and tagara, are utilized as mental health treatment. Within allopathic approaches, mental health symptoms are treated as causes rather than effects. Allopathic methods of treatment aim at avoiding the suppression of signs of the disease.
