The loyalty found in consumers mostly affiliates with specific brands. Among the four macro strategies responsible for creating and delivering value to consumers, product, above the other three, draws me to be loyal to the organization. Miller & Moore show that consumers tend to be faithful to companies because of what the organization delivers.

By believing the product offered has better quality compared to competing companies, it becomes easy for a client to be loyal to an organization’s products. Many times, consumers care less about where the location is, particularly in this era of online shopping. Likewise, consumers do not care about operation and consumer excellence. Even if these three strategies are correct and the product fails to satisfy the client, there will be no consumer loyalty.
