Millennials are very different, and usually, they are divided into several groups; however, their shared values are Internet services, appreciation of equity, and higher expectations from services. They expect openness, readiness for communications, and changes. The chart in Figure 1 illustrates the central values of millennials: it can be seen that they pay a great value to Internet access and mobile smartphones than to personal comforts such as new shoes or restaurant attending.

It means that millennials’ common traits are helpful for electronics retailers and Internet service providers, as they appreciate those services. Food and furniture retailers, to attract millennials to their services, should think about implementing delivery services and pay more attention to sustainable development and social issues, which are essential themes for millennials.
