As IKEA, how would you appeal to “mavens”? Share several examples of IKEA actually directing efforts to millennials.

IKEA is a large furniture retailer; mavens are millennials with children and high income, usually living in cities, and in that way, they are one of IKEA’s target audiences. One of the examples of the directed efforts toward millennials is the sustainable design of the IKEA shop, which one can see in the photo in the article of Jansen.

It is usual for millennials to pay more attention to the environment and sustainable development, and such a shop draws their attention. Another example is the active implementation of delivery service: as millennials love Internet services, they will readily use such a service to buy furniture and home décor in IKEA.
