I would interact with my team directly, setting tasks to be performed by each member. At the same time, I would welcome questions and expect feedback. Giving complex tasks, I would ask team members how they would proceed with fulfilling them, allowing them to use their initiative.

However, if the answers I receive are not what is needed to complete a task, I would provide step-by-step instructions for team members. Moreover, I would send reminders and emails if the tasks set should not be completed immediately but at some time in the future.
