The system I am interested in is the Lattice Performance Management system, which is an engagement platform that allows one to keep track of all management processes in the company. The system allows managers to keep in touch with their teams 24 hours a day and assess the progress of each employee through a powerful system of data analysis (Lattice Performance Management system).

The system allows us to prioritize goals and see how they are achieved. Moreover, it provides surveys for employees where they can share their opinion on work and the way they are progressing and get feedback on their performance. Within the system, it is possible to set up reminders for meetings and other activities and reward the best-performing employees with special reward signs. The system is easy to use, and one day I would like to test it for myself and my future team.
