Adhikar is in trouble because it lacks an “exit” plan for Mr. Rajan Mishra. An extensive departure strategy could enable the organization to train the potential leaders to take over after the senior executive’s parting. Thus, the Indian-based company is in a big problem that threatens its extinction.
