- An outline of existing problems, plans for optimization, and strengths of the company or production.
- Brainstorming and dynamic analysis of weaknesses that require adjustment; a critical approach is needed here.
- Giving abstract plans concrete formulations that would be understandable to colleagues, management, and potential investors, who are likely to influence the improvement of processes financially.
- Implementing the project; it is recommended to act in small steps, from minor to larger.
- Refining the results.
- Working on errors.
