The work of a correctional officer, while relatively well-paid, is strictly defined by prison authorities. Officers are given a set of tasks they perform which rarely changes. I agree with the paragraph that entry to this job is easy as few people want to work in prison. However, I disagree about the difficulty of the job. To me, doing the same tasks day by day is not difficult at all. I find this routine job boring but not a demanding one.
