Various approaches can help address these problems with the ADA. The issue of law enforcement practices, policies, and procedures can be addressed by talking to the relevant agencies and officers and encouraging them to make appropriate modifications as outlined in the ADA.
I would file a petition for the government to establish enough training facilities to train interpreters to significantly resolve the issue of ineffective communication in public meetings where deaf people take part. I would further mobilize local governments to redesign city roads to include curb rumps that can ensure convenient and safe travel around towns.
