One of the central reasons is the lack of the appropriate organization. As it becomes evident, it is not enough just to include diverse people and provide them with an opportunity to become leaders. However, it is fundamental to guarantee that all members understand the current goals and know each other, all strengths and weaknesses. It will help to delegate responsibilities more effectively and achieve higher levels of performance. Another significant reason for failures is poor conflict management which results in the deterioration of relations between individuals and their inability to cooperate. That is why it is fundamental to consider all these elements to achieve peak efficiency.
