It is critical not to share ethnic or sexual jokes, especially in the workplace. The fact is that this sort of humor can be unacceptable for some individuals, and it is impossible to predict their reactions. Additionally, the existence of representatives of different sexual orientations is one of the aspects of diversity. For this reason, if a fellow employee jokes in such a way, it is critical to state that lunch break at work is not the best time and place for such conversations as it can result in the deterioration of the climate and relations between employees of the company.
