As a teacher, I can describe myself as a disciplined professional who prioritizes providing students with a foundation for their awareness of theoretical concepts and their use in practice. I believe that in addition to conveying learning materials to students, teachers should raise students’ awareness about the importance of education.
Teaching the knowledge that will improve students’ comprehension skills is necessary, especially for elementary students. Therefore, my rules of classroom management are geared towards enhancing the student’s concentration, developing active listening skills, and showing respect for the speaker.
