The method will have five levels of integral information that will aid the managers in understanding the performance level of the employees in Echo Software.

The employees should then highlight their strengths and weaknesses while indicating possible measures to be followed for improvement.
Second, the appraisal procedure will need managerial reports about the employees. Ratings from managers indicate the work level inputs by different employees.
Third, peer reviews reveal the personality traits of individuals. Interpersonal qualities which might be difficult to notice are presented through peer reviews.
Fourth, reports from the Subordinate Appraising Manager will enable the company to receive a synthesized report from a managerial point of view. The Subordinate Appraising Manager provides a neutral point of view, ensuring that employees are reviewed from the results collected.
Finally, Echo Software needs to get reviews from both external and internal customers. Customer reviews can be used as the most credible source of reviews since the customers are neutral and are inclined towards reviewing the services offered. In conclusion, behavior-based is important since it ensures that the employees raise personal awareness.
