Aristotle does not give a direct answer about a friendship between evil people. Bad people can be associates depending based on their relationship. A link between bad people can work if they found their company on Goodwill. Sometimes if their evil ways are mutual, they can have a perfect bond. When wrong people come together and still exercise their cruel ways on each other, they should dissolve the connection. Friendship based on sinister motives will not benefit one another and might also affect the society or people around them.
