Discuss the important differences between Article II and Article III courts.

The main difference between Article II and Article III is that the former establishes the executive branch of the federal government, whereas the latter establishes the judiciary branch. Article II mainly describes the responsibilities and powers of the President. In contrast, Article III defines the Supreme Court’s powers and encourages Congress to punish acts of treason.
