Use an example from the world of business and management to explain what the differences are between (i) causality and (ii) correlation.

The success of a company highly depends on its management team, and the decisions are taken. Therefore, management brings about success. Although the success of the company can be attributed to the management, it can also be held that it is the internal factors, such as the staff or the external forces of the industry, that have to lead to the success of the company. Thus, the correlation of the management with the company does not necessarily imply causing the success.
