Discuss the power to tax that the U.S. Constitution grants to the federal government as well as the limits that are placed on such taxation powers. Also include in your answer a discussion on how the government uses such funds to benefit U.S. citizens.

The USA constitution has mandated Congress to levy a tax without regard to the state or census. The federal government, therefore, collects taxes from individuals, businesses, and groupings without discrimination.

Other items that are taxed by the federal government include wages, salaries, and commissions. All the tax that is collected is pumped back into the economy to run various projects. All payments made by the government are done using money accumulated from taxes.
