Sorting is an essential function necessary for placing items in a specific order. Sorting keys are often used in bucket algorithms, which sort items based on their assigned key. However, if the elements in a list are large and complex, it may be challenging to perform this algorithm; hence, major and minor subkeys were introduced. The primary key is usually the second subkey in a string that preserves the parameters of the secondary key. It means that Access will sort multiple fields based on the settings of the outer domain or primary key, and then it will implement the inner minor subkey for sorting.
