The fire control panel’s primary purpose is to alert people inside the building about an emergency. This device collects all information about the situation in the building in one place using a network of various sensors. In a fire hazard, the control panel emits a signal, attracting workers’ attention and forcing them to take the necessary measures. These devices can detect both open sources of fire and smoke and malfunctions in the operation of any equipment.
The fire control panel can notify workers about problems with the water flow. Depending on the modifications, such notifications can be implemented in different ways. However, since most buildings have outdated systems, water flow problems can often be identified indirectly. According to fire safety regulations, when the water spray system is triggered, a constant beep must be emitted until the water flow switch is turned off.
At the same time, the triggering of a water spray means the presence of a fire, which, in turn, must be notified to the fire control panel through its sensors. However, if the remote control indicates a problem with fire, but there is no sound signal from the nozzles, then there is a problem with the water flow.
