According to their website, Protex Gentle was designed for people with sensitive skin. One of the benefits of this version of the brand is that it can be used as a dermatological soap as it has been approved for the same since it uses gentler ingredients. On the other hand, Protex Balance targets the larger population with healthy skin. The company states that this version of the brand offers antibacterial protection for users as it kills 99.9% of common germs.

The brand version is Protex Ultra, on the other hand, promises users of ridding the skin of all impurities while offering an extra layer of protection that lasts several hours. Arguably, the benefits are authentic and have encouraged brand loyalty based on their merits.
