Lifestyle plays a significant role in one’s health quality; hence, unhealthy lifestyles expose body organs like the heart to various risk factors causing cardiovascular illnesses. Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) may lead to various conditions like angina, asthma, pneumonia, aortic stenosis, atrial fibrillation, etcetera. Considering personal health, my heart faces such risks as angina that comes with occasional chest, neck, and abdominal pains, fatigue, and sweating, signifying heart illness such as angina.

Angina occurs due to diverse risks, such as unhealthy diets, family genetic history, inadequate exercise, stress, obesity, and diabetes, to mention a few. Minimizing consumption of unhealthy junk food, excessive cholesterol, avoiding drug substances such as tobacco, reducing anxiety, and regular exercise enhance the heart’s wellbeing. Other ways include engaging in regular exercise, stress minimization, and health checkups to enhance healthy living, which is thus recommendable.
