The post-formal thoughts emerge in adulthood. Mostly the thinking habits of the teenagers are challenged from a unique approach that becomes realistic and pragmatic. Therefore, the teacher means that Jina has reached a point of realization that there is no forwardness to life and that she must adapt to the realities of limitations. Lazarus and Folkman’s theory explains coping as a phenomenon used by individuals in an attempt to manage external and internal stressors.
