No, Disney isn’t going to have to explore other options. The notion of build, purchase or borrow is a three-pronged approach. Disney has chosen this concept because of the numerous advantages it provides. Disney has succeeded in both development and internal integration, as well as profiting from different collaborations and properties. The most important aspect of this model or strategy is that it adheres to the organization’s goals and objectives. Disney’s purchase strategy is creating a lot of buzz, and it’s also bringing in a lot of money.
