Summary

One of the employees of an American company filed a lawsuit against Amazon, accusing the management of racial discrimination. According to Charlotte Newman, she is biased against black employees. As an example ofwrong actions, the woman told about cases when she was paid less for work than her white colleagues with the same skills, and also because of racial prejudice, black employees were denied promotion. Moreover, the lawsuit mentioned cases of sexual harassment and violence by the director of one of the divisions.
