It is evident that there are a lot of parents that will not talk about sex with their children under any circumstances. However, research shows that parents can help their children develop sexual responsibility by providing tight monitoring and emphasizing the importance of delayed sexual activity. In my opinion, the issue is quite paradoxical – although parents are the closest people to their children, they are not experts in this field. It seems that sex education can be applied well at the school level by professionals.
