If you want to cite a webpage, just insert the link in the following citation machine http://www.easybib.com/
They may ask you to add info on authors, date, publication title, though you mostly find these details on the web page. You can also use the link for citing books. All you need is to put the author(s), book title, date, publishers and the place of publishing into the machine, choose the source type (book), and it will do the rest for you.
Don’t forget to cite your sources in the paper by means of including parentheses with the author’s name and the page number. Remember you can save time and space if your source has multiple authors by means of using ‘et al.’. Just add it to the first author’s name, like (Jones et al.). Some students cite their sources with the use of superscript numbers but more typically, parentheses will implement.

Another idea is to use google. For instance, you want to cite certain article and you know its title. Just insert the title into google and click the blue button “cite” after the engine shows you the results. Click the shown site, and find the references in many formats. Choose the one in MLA.
Here you go!Currently, I study at a State University and use these simple methods for my every paper. Enjoy!

In my opinion, writing about the history of racism is out of date nowadays. To prove your professional interest, write about modern policies concerning racism.
What is the modern racism (is not only about being black or white, but being Mexican, Indian, male, female, whatever)?
These issues are much more relevant nowadays I suppose. -
Why not teach the children to search for the info they need?
I mean they don’t need to learn everything by rote, do they, this is 21st century we’re talking about, right?
Everything is available for someone who can search.
Teach them how to google, explain them why it’s bad to plagiarize, get involved. It’s okay to start at an early age I think, you want your child to become real independent and make their own decisions and deal with their problems and so on, then that’s the best help you can give. -

I have no idea about the themes, but I can give you a piece of advice, so you will not ask for the online assignment help in future. Wikipedia has a lot of information. Also, Google Books, and Google Scholar provide some decent info.
There are plenty of the book reviews online, and they usually state the main themes pretty well. However, the last tip is to type all of the text in word and copy it to the online form afterwards.
Otherwise, you will need so extra online assignment help -
