Time management is one of the essential skills allowing to allocate resources appropriately. A person without this skill cannot fully fulfill the assigned tasks or cannot meet the established deadlines. Therefore, developing time management is quite a crucial task for a person to ensure a stable future. However, sometimes there are significant obstacles to a full-fledged solution to this issue.
For me, time management for a long time was one of the severe stressors. In addition, it is challenging to manage the time when I am paralyzed by my emotions from the massive number of necessary tasks. But since the lack of this ability only increases my stress, I solved this problem through meditation and drawing up priority lists with a clear indication of the required time. I have also included meditation and reflection on this list to calm down in times of stress. Subsequently, this list has changed several times following my skills.
