Assessment of the organization’s internal culture is essential, as it reflects the norms and values shared by the majority of the members of the organization. The evaluation explains what is working incorrectly in the company, how strongly or poorly motivated employees are, and what should be changed over time. Some of the changes may lead to dissatisfaction among some employees. These changes may relate to the organization’s internal policy and may not correspond to the vision of colleagues. In addition, these changes may be associated with an increase in working hours and a reduction in wages.
