Who are the stakeholders of a community?

Community stakeholders are people or groups that have an interest in a community. Primary stakeholders are those directly affected by any actions in the community. Secondary stakeholders are those people or groups that are indirectly impacted by the actions of the government or other organizations in the community. Finally, key stakeholders are essential within organizations that create change in a community.
