Apart from professional knowledge and experience, accountants need to possess a set of skills in order to succeed in their career. The most crucial of these features are organization, adaptability, openness, communication, leadership, and time management (Topan, 2014). CPAs should be able to adjust quickly to new environments. Also, it is crucial for these specialists to manage their workload well and systematize their responsibilities (Topan, 2014). Communication skills are necessary because they can help not only to find a good position but also to keep on good terms with the employer and coworkers. For this position, productive teamwork ability is an asset. Military men’s skills are similar to those of CPAs. In particular, it is very important for military men to have a strong work ethic, management, communication, organization, and leadership skills (Johnson, 2015). Following work ethic regulations helps military men to be disciplined and respect their employers and colleagues. Leadership skills enable these specialists to regulate conflicts and come up with wise decisions. Knowing how to organize and manage various tasks promotes the timely implementation of orders. Finally, communication skills are crucial since they arrange the environment within the team, which is highly important in a profession involving risky operations.
