The aesthetic stage of life allows the person to gain as much experience as possible by reveling in every possible opportunity existence offers. During this stage, a person can form and discard marriages, careers, hobbies, people, without truly devoting themselves to anything.
Such an existence is as boring as it is exciting due to the fact that it does not offer authenticity to a person, instead filling their life with minutely passions and whims.
