What force-wide initiatives did your Military Service employ this year to improve response to sexual assault? Were any victim assistance and advocacy initiatives employed with targeted subgroups or specific locations?

To advance the Military Services’ response to sexual assault, it was necessary to participate in implementing the Applied Prevention Project and the Prevention Plan of Action. These force-wide initiatives have been developed to be integrated into all divisions of Military Services. However, it is important to note that these projects are primarily oriented toward preventing sexual assault. Still, much attention was paid to developing the DoD’s response system to assist victims and support their crime reporting.

McDougal Contractors made a contract with Rekowski to build an apartment house for a specific price. A number of serious apartment house fires broke out in the city, and an ordinance was adopted by the city council increasing the fire precautions that had to be taken in the construction of a new building. Compliance with these new requirements would make the construction of the apartment house for Rekowski more expensive than McDougal had originally contemplated.
