When Kingsmill stated that they didn’t view it as sponsorship or a marketing strategy what she meant was that the exercise or the partnership would benefit not only the external customers but most importantly the internal customers or their company staff to a very great extent, since a partnership is equally beneficial to both the sides. This partnership would not only serve in motivating the staff and connect them but also create tremendous “internal goodwill” thereby positivism towards the brand which in turn would enable them to strengthen their individual or personal communication for the company as well as the brand.
