The Patriot is one of America’s most influential films because of its main agenda to the public and the world. The film, for instance, discusses two significant elements that have limited many people over the past from enjoying a good life. More significantly, people had no care for what was happening in the economy over the past. For example, people could die and get mistreated by the enemy, and nothing could happen.
However, this movie reflected on American defense forces whose wife died, and he took care of his seven children and later enrolled in the military. The idea of joining the army after his son died, and he thought it could be wise to join and fight for his son’s justice. As a result, the military abandoned his duties and later formed a crew to help him.
The idea of liberalism has created a new concept or theme of freedom. In the past, American soldiers had no sufficient freedom to do what they viewed as good for their families. The military could sacrifice their whole life serving and being loyal to the nation. However, the nation had no plan in the past because of the significant duties that which military had been given. As such, the military had no room for their personal space.
