What are the symptoms of a perforated ulcer?

Perforated ulcers are ulcers that have invaded the mucosal wall of the gastric walls and allow the leakage of gastric juices into the abdominal wall and cavity.

Sudden and severe upper abdominal pains, emesis, bloating, radiating pain to the back and shoulders, lack of appetite, tenderness of the abdomen.
