What are the strengths and weaknesses of ‘multivariate analysis’?

Multivariate analysis is used to solve complex terms and give a definite answer by using methodological methods such as cluster analysis, discriminate analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The main limitation of multivariate analysis is that it can lead to stall by the dimensionality of the problem. They are also complex to use and require prior knowledge of the whole process.
