The measurement of success is a rather subjective process since the very notion thereof varies extensively depending on one’s philosophy and beliefs. Personally, I consider success to be not only the reward for hard work but also the outcome of building a rapport with the members of one’s community. Therefore, there are three things that I take personally, which include professional growth, relationships with family and friends, and personal development.
