One of the key concepts is the level of analysis. In organizational behavior, there are three levelsof analysis: individual, group, and organizational level. On a personal level, organizational behavior studies people’s individual behavior in reaction to the company’s policies. On the group level, it explores the interaction of employees within workgroups. The organizational level considers the relationship between the organization and the environmental factors that influence the organization in many ways.
