What are the consequences of the Anti-Federalist view for the role administrators play in the public budgeting process? How do these consequences compare with those of the Federalists?

The Anti-Federalists did not favor a strong central government due to their association of this entity with the British tyranny. Therefore, they preferred the government to be weak and not centralized as opposed to the Federalists. The individuals who favored this approach also were against the administrators in the public budgeting process. As opposed to the consequences that arise as a result of the Federalist movement, the Anti-Federalists would prefer a government system with minimal involvement of the officials in the on-site management and budget allocation.
