Initially, GoPro’s target audiences were enthusiasts of various sports, travel, and adventures. The audience expanded to the film industry – directors and producers, and other segments such as bloggers or families.
The company buys the rights to use filmed videos from its customers, edits them, and distributes content as part of its marketing strategy. Such measures act as effective advertising and inspire new audiences to buy.
