The credit crisis involves financial lenders and individual investors, who are brought together by the monetary framework and market, that is, Wall Street. The financiers engage weaker assessment rules in providing financial services to the investors. However, the financiers do this with the appetite to earn higher returns fueled by the growing appetite and the housing boom due to the low-interest rates by the regime that make borrowing cheaper.
