One of the skills essential in agile project management is an exceptional organization. Regardless of the role associated with the manager, exceptional organizational skill is critical since it enables the manager to prioritize what must be done to achieve the success of the project. On conducting a personal evaluation of the skills, I have for this position; I realize I have good organizational skills that allow me to focus on every essential aspect of the project.
Moreover, I do not concentrate on work-distracting components, a critical organizational skill feature necessary in agile project management. The other two exceptional skills I possess are excellent communication and the ability to thrive. I can work well in teamwork environments and remain calm when working under pressure. However, I must improve my superior critical thinking capabilities and comfort with quickly changing priorities. Working on the two will enable me to have the ability to think on my feet and adapt highly and be flexible in high-level projects.
