The biggest problem with integrity testing is that it is not particularly accurate. Similar to any other test, the results of the integrity evaluation can be faked. Also, most such tests are based on hypothetical situations or past experiences, which is a somewhat subjective way to determine whether the person is the right fit for a particular job. It is better to combine integrity test results with interviews to get an accurate representation of the person’s character.
