The success of a management strategy depends on how it’s implemented. Well implemented plans goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound. A goal, for example, may be to increase the vehicle output by 15% in the car industry by the end of a 2-year period. This would need a strategy to achieve the intended results. Before coming up with the goal, the resources and potential of the organization should have been considered. The organizational energy would then be channeled to attain the goals. If the human resource is not enough, more can be employed, and training is done if there are to be new additions that the employees are not familiar with.

This would be badly implemented if the goals were made without the consideration of how they would be achieved and the management did not involve itself. Improper definition of the jobs may lead to wrong information hence wrong solutions to the nonexistent problems.
