The advantage of commercial property investment is the short payback period of investments. The disadvantage of residential property investment is the high transaction costs. The disadvantage of industrial property investment is the possibility of a significant sharp decrease in rental rates. The disadvantage of commercial property investment is a large number of official taxes.
