Program Goals and Dispositions as a Kindergarten Teacher

Provide an analysis of program goals and dispositions as a kindergarten teacher and future principal.

Provide a reflective statement on each goal and disposition. Dispositions are the attitudes and beliefs you hold. Include such things as your understanding of that disposition, your experience with it, and your plan for growth in that area. Discuss the ways how to develop the capacity to envision and guide organizational change. How to communicate effectively, engage constituents, develop people, and build community. How to advocate and promote equity for diverse populations and respect for individuals. And how to integrate theory, data, research, and ethical standards into the context of one’s practice through continuous learning.
