With the development of the understanding of how important the engagement and loyalty of staff members, as well as talent management, are, the recognition of reciprocal communication as the major tool for obtaining critical data has occurred. For this reason, the use of surveys and other types of data collection to gain feedback from staff members should become the foundation for reporting problems and developments in the management of HR issues. The evaluation of the impact that the HR function has on the business should be performed with the help of surveys and questionnaires distributed among staff members, as well as interviews were taken with Line Managers as the main link between employees and company leaders. At Etisalat, the influence of the HR function on the company’s well-being should take the form of an assessment based on the said interview and survey results, as well as the evaluation of changes in the staff’s performance in light of the deployed HRM practices, including talent management, the introduction of incentives, and similar tools.
