Corporate Governance is a process in accordance with which a balance is established between economic and social goals, between individual and public interests. In a joint-stock company, such management should be based on the priority of its shareholders’ interests. It should also consider the implementation of property rights and generate an appropriate corporate culture with a set of shared traditions, attitudes, and general principles of behavior.
